News: It started as a Local Fundraiser for Adrian Kennedy, organized by Caroline Danaher, Deirdre Griffin and Niall Kennedy. Dingle ladies 7 a side Soccer blitz . The tournament ran over 3 days "Mini World Cup " came to Dingle. It was a huge success a total of 25 teams took part. Our soccer team evolved from this.

The Dingle Bay Rover Ladies soccer team is just on its very 1st year 2007.

Division: There are Five teams in Kerry for this division. Theses are

1. The Dingle Bay Rover Ladies 4.Kenmare

2. Kilarney Celtics 5. St.Bernards

3. Mount Hawk

Ever match has to be played home and away. Due to very bad conditions a lot of games have been cancelled. We are up against Kenmare away. This match to be played in Kenmare. This Match ended up 1 - 0 to Dingle.

For our very first year we are doing fantastic. In the finals up against Mount Hawk. Replay of the finals is on in Dingle 3rd of July.

Final was played in Dingle Forestry which ended up 1 - 0 to Mount Hawk. A great turn out for ladies soccer. The cup was presented by Steve Staunton. We will be back for to fight for the title in 2008.
